tepota all natural hair removerDIRECTIONS FOR USE: The tepota ball works best at room temperature between 70°F to 85°F (22°C to 30°C). Your hands and the skin areas to be treated must be clean and dry. Hair to be removed must be long enough for tepota to adhere. Since tepota is water soluble, YOU MUST NEVER ALLOW WATER OR ANY KIND OF MOISTURE TO COME IN CONTACT WITH tepota , EITHER IN THE TUBE OR ON THE SKIN.
1.
tepota
works with your body heat. Tighten cap and put tube upside down in hot water,
110°-130°F (43°-55°C) for about 1-2 minutes or until
tepota
can be squeezed from tube.
(DO NOT USE MICROWAVE OVEN -overheating
tepota
will ruin its effectiveness and cause it to lose it's natural moisture.)
Make sure it is not too hot by touching tube to face or trying small amount on
fingers. Roll tube between palms to distribute heat evenly.
2. Squeeze a small amount of tepota on first two finger tips for forming small balls or directly on leg for larger amounts.
3. With thumb, roll tepota on finger tips into ball. If it is too warm, it will be sticky and not form into a ball, wait a few seconds for it to cool before proceeding. For facial hair a grape size ball is sufficient, for legs, arms and underarms use about a small egg size ball. 4. Press the tepota ball on the center of the area to be treated. Start at the center and work to the outer edges using the side or tip of fingers, or on larger area, both thumbs.
5. Push slowly to spread evenly over area to be treated. Never tap or pat!
6. When you have covered the area with Apron, wait a few seconds then flip up
an outer edge with your finger tip.
7. Grasp enough of the edge to quickly zip if off the skin. Pull to work against direction of hair growth. tepota is reusable.
8. Knead the same piece of
tepota
and roll into a ball again. The same ball can be used many times on the same
area, if necessary, until all the hair has been removed or apply on a new area
to be treated. As the
tepota
ball is used it will fill with hair and dead skin until it no longer spreads
well. Discard used ball and squeeze out enough to start a new ball. Never save
used
tepota
from one day to another and never use
tepota
that someone else has used.
SUGGESTED USES:
Sculpturing Eyebrows -A small ball should be carefully placed on brow area to be treated. Smooth out carefully. For brows that have been plucked or shaved for many years, allow hair to grow at least 1/8" (3mm) long. Remove Apron with one fast pull against the direction of hair growth. If tepota gets placed incorrectly simply remove by rinsing with warm tap water. Sideburns -Use grape size tepota ball and hold away hair to be retained with tape. Spread evenly with fingertips then zip up to remove. Upper Lip -Use grape size tepota ball starting at center of lip and working outward. Remove starting at outer corners of mouth. Chin -Again use grape size tepota ball. Place it on center of chin and spread it outward. Remove with one fast pull. Legs and Arms -Squeeze small amount of tepota on leg to be sure it is not too hot. When comfortable and spreadable use a sufficient amount to cover a workable area, small egg size ball, or use It directly from the tube spreading to an even cover. Remove by pulling off rapidly against the direction of hair growth.
Underarms
-Use an egg size
tepota
ball. Underarms must be very dry and hair at least 1/8" (3mm) long for
tepota
to adhere. Remove
Knees and Elbows -Again, using small egg size tepota ball, spread on bent joint so skin is taunt, pull off against direction of hair growth. Sculpturing Bikini Lines -Use a sufficient amount to comfortably cover area on abdomen/thighs. Remove tepota by pulling against hair growth. When you are finished, wash all treated areas with warm water and dry thoroughly. tepota also removes dead skin so you will notice a softer feeling and appearing skin. Any redness or slight irritation appearing immediately following hair removal is temporary because tepota does not simply break off the hair, rather it is removed from the follicle. This makes regrowth much slower and the hair much finer. Repeat the process in 4-6-8-10 weeks or as needed depending on hair regrowth. SPECIAL TIPS: If fingers become sticky, wash in cool water and dry well. tepota is affected by room and body temperatures. If too cool, tepota will be stiff and difficult to remove from the tube or spread on the skin. See DIRECTIONS FOR USE, #1. If room temperature is below 70°F (23°C) you may have to go into a warmer room or leave tepota on longer for body temperature to aid the process. When too warm, tepota will be too soft and sticky. If overheated, wait a few seconds until it cools to a workable temperature. When weather is over 85°F (30°C), you will have to use it in a cooler atmosphere. Remember , the skin you wish to treat must be clean and dry! tepota will not work properly on hair which is too short! The first time you use an tepota ball you must prepare by allowing hair to regrow to at least 1/8" (3mm). The results, using tepota , are very much worth the initial wait! When the hair finally does reappear it is thinner and softer than shaved hair and so not as noticeable. PRECAUTION: If you have a history of skin hypersensitivity, a small area of hair should be removed with tepota (preferably on the inner thigh). Wait 24 hours for allergic reaction of redness, swelling, or itching. With any visible signs of reaction, DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE PRODUCT! DO NOT use tepota on sunburned or broken skin. DO NOT apply tepota on warts, moles or varicose veins. If tepota is accidentally applied to an undesirable area, rinse it off under warm tap water using a gently stroking motion. QUESTIONS: 1. tepota will not come out of the tube. ANSWER: Move to a warmer place (See Special Tips). If still too hard moisten hand, and knead piece of tepota until workable. 3. Too sticky, can't be removed from skin.
